In addition to letting us know you're coming, here are a few other things you may want to consider when planning your visit:
We know that visiting a new church for the first time can be a little daunting, and that's why we want to make your experience as smooth as possible. Here's some information about what to expect when you come to New Sound Church. We want you to feel comfortable so please don't hesitate to ask for help or information at any time.
What's the service like?
Our service is modern, consisting of praise & worship, prayer, and a message. We encourage you to worship in a way that feels authentic to you. Our service typically lasts around an hour and a half, and after the service we invite everyone to join us in the hall where we have some light food and hot drinks.
Where do I park?
Parking is very easy; there is a carpark located next door to the church and plenty of street parking along Stanley and Leonard St. We're also only a 5-minute walk from Bankstown train station, with various bus stops along the way.
What about my kids?
Our Children's Ministry runs in conjunction with our morning service and offers fun, bible-based activities and programs for kids between Kindergarten and Year 6. We also have a private and soundproofed room in the main sanctuary for parents with babies and toddlers.
What should I wear?
We have no formal dress code at New Sound Church. Whether you want to dress up or dress down, we want you to come as you are.
